This Sunday we will commemorate the anniversary of the events of September 11, 2001, in our worship. The service will include a Litany of Remembering as we pray with faith, hope and gratitude for God who is with us always.

Sunday's service will also include the order for healing. All who sense the need for God's healing in any aspect of their lives may join in prayer for others and themselves. They may be anointed with oil as a sign of forgiveness and healing in Jesus Christ.

We are showing our appreciation to firefighters and other public servants, too. Please bring your best homemade baked goods this Sunday, and they will be collected by the Southlake fire department after the service. Let's show our appreciation by indulging the firefighters with delicacies from the hearts of Abiding Grace Lutheran Church.
